Clinical Mental Health Counseling
Ally Kayton, RMHI, DNP, APRN, MSN, NNP-BC is a holistic mental health counselor, neonatal nurse practitioner, certified health coach, and nurse life coach dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most delicate moments. With over 25 years of experience in the NICU, Ally specializes in working with families facing infertility, high-risk pregnancies, neonatal trauma, postpartum challenges, and grief and loss.
Her practice, Sage & Stone Holistic Counseling, integrates a trauma-informed approach with evidence-based therapies, including yoga therapy, breathwork, and mindfulness, to help clients cultivate resilience and healing. Ally has trained at the Prana Yoga Therapy School, deepening her expertise in utilizing therapeutic movement, breathwork, and meditation to support emotional well-being. She is also trained in PAUSE Trauma-Informed Coaching Breathwork, allowing her to incorporate breath-centered practices for nervous system regulation and stress reduction.
In addition to her counseling work, Ally provides nurse life coaching, offering guidance and support to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals experiencing burnout, career transitions, and work-life balance challenges.
